Simply inspect the engine wiring from the wooden base, connect it to the tank pipe, and install AA batteries (1.5v). Fill the tank with 95 # gasoline and rotate the flywheel clockwise on the right side of the engine (power switch face). After turning on the power switch, quickly turn the flywheel clockwise to start the engine.
For preventive maintenance, if the engine does not start properly even when all systems are normal, you may need to adjust the oil needle of the carburetor. After tightening the main oil needle, loosen it 1/4 turn to ensure the gasoline and air mixture is at the correct ratio. When you're finished using the engine, remember to turn off the power switch.
This mini gasoline engine is built with high-quality materials including brass, stainless steel, and wood. It has a displacement of 1.6CC, with a cylinder diameter of 0.5 inches (13mm) and a stroke of 12mm. The wood base measures 150 x 120 x 30mm, while the engine itself is 104 x 94 x 78mm.
