Where is it made?
Answer: I have no idea but they are great little can openers and take a long time to wear out. -

Can you use these to punch holes in the top of a can?
Answer: Yes and no. Yes you can put a hole on either end but they will be small holes. No they will not be as big as the holes you make with the triangle can openers. -
Question:
I want to get this but can figure out how to use it
Answer: Not that hard there is a video of it. If you can't figure it out order a different type. Someone over 40years should be able to show you. Squeeze it on the lip of the can until it punctures the metal continue to squeeze while turning the handle.
