It comes in a perfect size for small operations and is easy to install. However, according to customer reviews, the quality of the product is poor. It leaks water from the top and in some cases, the package comes damaged with missing or broken parts. Some customers couldn't use the product at all due to its poor quality. Overall, the John Boos and Co Grease Trap/Interceptor is a good product for smaller operations, but customers should be aware of its poor quality.
