Dopro Black Guitar Bass Allen Wrench/Key Headstock Wrench Holder for FR Tremolo Guitar

The Dopro Black Guitar Bass Allen Wrench Key Headstock Wrench Holder for FR Tremolo Guitar is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experience. On one hand, those who have installed it on their guitars appreciate its appearance and solid Construction. They also mention that it is easy to install. However, there are several drawbacks that customers have pointed out. Firstly, the thumbscrews are overly long, causing them to stick out too much when the allen wrench is in place. Some customers have resorted to grinding them down, but this can be a tedious task. Additionally, the holes in the holder are cut too far away from the wood surface. This results in a minimal amount of thread engaging with the thumbscrew, making it easy for the screw to drop out when it is backed off slightly. To ensure a secure hold for the allen wrench, users mention needing to tighten the thumbscrew forcefully. Some customers have also expressed disappointment in the quality of the product, finding it poorly made and not up to their standards. As a result, they do not recommend it. On the other hand, there are customers who find the product affordable and appreciate its functionality. Overall, while the Dopro Black Guitar Bass Allen Wrench Key Headstock Wrench Holder has its flaws, it can still serve its purpose if the customers are willing to work around the issues.
