Kingston Brass Touch On Faucets Editorial Review
The Kingston Brass KS4461BX Metropolitan Widespread Lavatory Faucet garners a polarized reception among customers, with many praising its aesthetic appeal and solid Construction, while others express concerns about its finish durability. Customers who are renovating period-style bathrooms often find this faucet to be the perfect complement to their vintage decor, praising its intricate design and quality materials. Reviews highlight the brass valve Construction and high-quality polished chrome finish, which contribute to a solid, substantial feel. Buyers appreciate how well the faucet ties in with other vintage-style fixtures, further enhancing the nostalgic ambiance of spaces redesigned with historic flair. However, the product is not without its drawbacks. Some users report issues with the faucet's finish, noting unsatisfactory performance in long-term use, particularly with water spots becoming prominent even after regular cleaning. This has led to frustrations, including the need to replace faucets prematurely. Additional dissatisfaction arose from the included drain assembly, which did not fit all sink types, leading to unexpected extra costs. In summary, while the Kingston Brass KS4461BX impresses with its design and initial quality, potential buyers should be cautious about the durability of the finish and compatibility with different sink setups. **
