Question:
Followed the instructions and it puts out 22.5 volts. Anyone have a solution to fix it for the correct voltage?
Answer: The output voltage is set by the values of R1 (150) and VR1 (2k). Check the value of potentiometer VR1 (2k ±30%). It's probably around 2.5kΩ for a 22V output. You can change the value of resistor R1 to 200Ω or 220Ω instead of replacing potentiometer. Also, test the maximum output at full load (0.2A) and see if it drops to 15V before making any changes. Hope this helps. -

Answer: A quick look at the schematic does not show any provision for 220V input. Sorry.
