It is waterproof and stays on all day when applied to the waterline or eyelid. It is very easy to apply and is very pigmented, making it good for people with sensitive skin. However, some customers found that when sharpening the pencil, it broke easily and the gel inside the pencil would come out or be difficult to get out. Additionally, the colour may not be what some people are expecting.
