Oven is a beautiful and stylish design with a convection oven feature and the power to cook an 18-pound turkey within four hours. The oven thermostat valve is limited to 500F, but the auto-ignition function allows the unit to heat to around 25F more. The range is fully gas-powered and needs to be plugged in. The stove is wobbly, and its assembly could be difficult as it weighs around 300lb. A dent on the side of the oven is visible. Reviewers who experienced issues of misaligned burners, excessive gas release, broken oven knob, and oven temperature 100+ degrees off did not receive any responses for solutions from the company. The FORNO Galiano 36" Inch 6-Burner Stainless Steel 83000 BTU Convection Gas Range 5.36 Cu.Ft. Oven is a good buy if you don't care about the wobbly legs, dented sides, and don't experience any issues.
