However, it's important to note that it's only compatible with the Greenworks GMAX 40V battery line, and it does not come with a shoulder strap although a generic one can be attached. The product seems well built but can be awkward to use at full length and is slightly top-heavy. Some reviewers found the installation directions for the carrying strap unclear. Both the saw and hedge trimmer parts have good power and were effective when used, however, there were a few complaints about the saw chain coming off or being dull. There was also a report of the hedge trimmer blades no longer operating after only around 5 hours of use.
