The package does not accompany a cut-out template, the ceiling opening is 10.43 × 10.43 inches, and the mounting requires a frame above the drywall. Once installed, it spans 6.89 inches between the fan's top and subflooring above. The product has a 110 CFM bath ventilation fan that fails to prevent excessive noise beyond 59 db and also fails to offer a satisfactory amount of air circulation, with even a single piece of toilet paper being hard to hold on the grill. However, the light has three adjustable colors, bright enough to provide ample lighting in your washroom. The outside grill size of the exhaust fan measures 11.89 × 11.89 inches. According to customer reviews, the fan is reasonably powerful, easy to install and has excellent lighting. On the other hand, it feels slightly cheap, and the loudest noise level is higher than expected. The light is also too bright, and the user can see a backlit portion through the grill, indicating that it may not be the best choice if you want a quality bathroom ventilation system.
