Answer: As long as you have mini cat's in your engine compartment it will fit. It fit my 2001 xj with no modifications. Took me a few hours but I also had front clip off from engine install. It is not easy. Intake and header share bolts. -

The Banks 51306 Torque Tube System is a performance exhaust system kit designed for 2000-2006 Wrangler 4.0 I6 engines. It is not an easy installation and may require a few hours of work. The system is also compatible with 2000-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 I6 engines. It comes with all the necessary components but some customers recommend getting Bob Thorley headers instead. The system is CARB compliant and includes a CARB sticker in the box. However, it is not compatible with 1992 Jeep XJ models.
