It has terminals to properly attach the solid copper line wires, but it's important to take a lot of pictures when removing the old one. The coil terminals are in an unusual location, not on the side like most contactors. The spade connectors are easy to bend, so you must be careful with them. Customer reception: Customers have had mixed experiences with this product. One customer received a damaged unit due to shipping. Another customer had this product fail after just three months, but was glad to have bought two from two different brands and is waiting to see how the other one holds up. One customer found that while the product does work, the plastic broke almost making it unusable.
