Answer: No. It's not a white paint. It is a color changing paint meant to be put on black paint. It doesn't have a color on its own. -

I’m painting my body cobalt green, and was wondering if white or black would be a better backing color?
Answer: I assume Cobalt Green is not a candy color. (semi-transparent) For candy colors, I wouldn't use either the white or the black, but a metal flake or metallic silver or gold. So the white or black would be nothing but a primer, which will improve adherence of the Cobalt Green. So in this case, there would be no difference in either one.
