It is designed to clean crevices and remove pet hair from couches and furniture efficiently. However, there are mixed reviews of the product, with some customers finding it effective and others not recommending it. One customer praised the product for removing pet hair from the couch, while another was disappointed as the brush's belt kept moving out of place, causing a loud screeching noise. The brush is slightly larger than the original, causing a minor inconvenience for another customer whose tool caddy on the handle did not fit it.
