At 500mg per serving, it provides a robust dose of this vital antioxidant, supporting immune function, skin health, and collagen production. Nutritionists generally appreciate its non-GMO and gluten-free attributes, enhancing its appeal for those with dietary restrictions, including vegetarians. However, potential drawbacks include the lack of whole-food sources of Vitamin C, which also provide phytonutrients.
