The New Starter Replacement for Kubota is a remote control that can be used on any brand of millivolt valve gas fireplace. The remote control package includes both the remote and receiver as shown in the picture. A battery pack is not included, but a battery box for the Acumen receiver is available as Part # FP0318 on Fire-Parts. Some customers had difficulty attaching the remote to their fireplace and had to switch it on using the switch on the side of the fireplace, while others had success using the remote on their gas insert.
