It is also easy to install. However, some customers have reported missing parts, including screws, instructions, and a template needed for installation. The lower visible mounting screw on the inside of the door is also bright silver, which does not match the Aged Bronze finish of the rest of the product. Some customers have also had difficulty getting a response from the company to get a replacement for the missing parts.
