- Synergistic B12 complex – complex with three optimally complementary B12 forms methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin
- Methylcobalamine - is one of the two natural bioactive coenzymes of vitamin B12. It can be used directly by the body without conversion and is characterised by a very good absorption capacity. Methylcobalamin is the dominant form of vitamin B12 in the blood and cell plasma and acts as an important component of the methylation cycle, which has far-reaching importance for numerous central physical processes such as cell division and the synthesis of hormones and neurotransmitters. Methycobalamin is also decisively involved in the degradation of harmful homocysteine in these reactions.
- Hydroxocobalamine - is a natural form of vitamin B12, which is characterised by a particularly good absorption, a long-lasting depot effect and a good detoxification effect. Hydroxocobalamin can be easily converted by the body into the active B12 coenzyme forms (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) as needed, making it an ideal form for general vitamin B12 supply. The significant advantage of hydroxocobalamin is that it circulates in the body for a particularly long time, thus ensuring a long-lasting and constant supply of vitamin B12 ("depot effect").
- Adenosylcobalamine - is one of the two natural bioactive coenzymes of vitamin B12. It can be used directly by the body without conversion and is characterised by a very good absorption capacity.
