Sennheiser HD 400S Over-Head Black Headphones

The Sennheiser HD 400S over-ear headphones have garnered a positive reception among users, especially Considering their entry-level pricing. Reviewers have praised their comfort, sound quality, and practicality for various uses, such as casual listening and online communication. In terms of comfort, users appreciate the over-ear design, particularly for individuals with smaller ears. The ear pads provide ample cushioning without causing discomfort even during extended sessions of 4-5 hours. Despite the synthetic leather pads retaining moisture during warmer weather, users find the overall experience manageable. The headphone's sound quality is another highlight. Users find the bass response particularly satisfying, though mid and treble ranges may not be as pronounced. For casual listeners and bass enthusiasts, the HD 400S delivers a rich sound experience, making it suitable for various genres of music. The clarity of the microphone has also received commendation, with users reporting clear audio during voice calls and gaming sessions. However, it's noted that the headphones lack a bundled adapter for combo headphone and microphone jacks, which can be a hassle for some setups. Practical features like a detachable cable and long cord length make the HD 400S user-friendly; however, the quality of the included carrying pouch falls short of expectations. Users also mention the necessity of service for ear pad replacement, suggesting a potential durability concern. Overall, the Sennheiser HD 400S presents a compelling choice for Consumers looking for an affordable yet quality headphone for everyday use, music enjoyment, and online interactions. **
