Can I take this daily with D Mannose 1500mg?
Answer: High doses of D-mannose may cause kidney damage. Maybe, it's better to stick to just one supplement at a time. -

Has anyone tried upping the RDA when suffering from UTI please?
Answer: I am not quite sure what you mean by upping the RDA. If you mean upping the dose, it says on the instruction not to take anymore then 2 a day. I live by these, but they do not stop my infections, but they certainly seem to help by not getting so ill when I have an infection, which is very often. -

Answer: The label says that the capsule shell is gelatin (bovine). That means it's made from a cow. So, although the ingredients of the capsule may be 'vegan friendly' the capsule itself certainly is not. Not a big deal for me - but let's base our answers on facts. Always read the label! -

Will these help with recurring thrush?
Answer: Try using a XBC Aqueous Cream for washing down below. I had reoccurring thrush for about 2-3 years. Turns out my washing habits were a bit too much. Got told to use Aqueous Cream to wash with, and it's not come back in almost two years. -

Answer: Cranberry supplements are generally taken to keep the bladder and kidneys healthy and hopefully avoid UTI's. You'd be better off learning pelvic floor exercises to control your bladder.
